Excellent outcome of operation.

After two knee replacements this year under Mr Mark Roussot I can’t express enough just how happy I am with the results. Both knees are healing well and my scars are superb, lovely and straight and clean Thank you Nuffield but especially Mr Roussot for giving me my life back xx

From my first consultation I felt I was being listened to. Later on I also trusted Doctor Roussot’s advice. I needed the confidence to go through my surgery. Doctor Roussot reassured me always. His calm and positive bedside manner is very welcome when it’s most needed after the surgery. I would highly recommend Doctor Roussot’s attention to details during consultations.

MR has a very calm manner. Never rushed. Listens well. Provides detailed answers to Qs and responds in detail.

Having had 2 knee replacements in the last 6 months, I can only thank Mr Mark Roussot for his surgical expertise enabling me to have pain free knees. He has always been encouraging and I’m sure he’s very happy with his ‘handy works’ as I am. I have been treating this year as my ‘Gap Year’, as I sadly lost my Husband in November 2025. I had been looking after him for a couple of years. In January 2026 both my knees started giving me grief! In the face of adversity ‘Life definitely gave me lemons so I optimistically made Lemonade’, and so my journey began. Thank heavens I don’t have 3 knees. . I’d also like to thank Laura Smith who has been very empathetic and always encouraged me to ring her with any issues.

I've recently had 2 partial knee replacements carried out by Mr Roussot. His explanation of the procedure I needed was clear and I fully understood what was involved. He has a good team who were efficient in their communications with me. I would say that starting the physio exercises before the operation and as soon after as you can is of great benefit. You get a good Surgeon like Mr Roussot to do the operation, then it is up to the patient to put the work in I feel this helped me very much in having such an excellent outcome. My knees are now strong and stable and I can walk without pain. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr Roussot who has certainly done a superb job for me.

The care and attention to detail by the surgeon and all staff was exemplary and eased all the fears.

The experience and communication from start to finish was outstanding.
