Mrs Maria Serra

I am a Consultant Clinical Oncologist with an interest in Urological Cancer (Prostate and Bladder Cancer). For these tumour types I offer treatment with radiotherapy and also systemic treatment (hormonal therapy, chemotherapy, etc). I have a particular interest in Prostate Brachytherapy, with both Low Dose Rate and High Dose Rate techniques.

I graduated in Medicine and completed my training in Portugal. During my training time I was also an Observer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital (New York). After completing my training in Portugal I decided that I wanted an experience abroad and came to London to do a fellowship in Urological Cancer.
