Mr Marcus Davis

Mr. Marcus Davis is a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon who was directly appointed by Wye Valley NHS Trust, where he served as the Clinical Lead and Head of the Department until August 2023. 

Mr Davis completed his medical education at St George's Hospital Medical School, University of London, following which he completed a Basic Surgical Training rotation, a period of research, before returning to full-time clinical practice in Plastic Surgery. Throughout his training, Mr Davis gained valuable experience at renowned units in London, Birmingham, Paris, Barcelona, and Helsinki, completing a Masters in Reconstructive Microsurgery in the process.

Mr. Davis is registered as a specialist in Plastic Surgery with the General Medical Council (GMC) and has successfully passed the FRCS (Plast) specialist examinations. He has also completed a nationally appointed UK training post in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. During his training, Mr. Davis focused on Breast Reconstruction and Cosmetic Surgery, receiving guidance and mentorship from esteemed cosmetic surgeons in London as the Nationally appointed TiG Cosmetic Surgery fellow.

With his broad expertise, Mr. Davis specialises in various areas within Plastic Surgery. He has a particular interest in the management of skin lumps and bumps, skin cancer, cosmetic breast surgery, body contouring, and breast reconstructive surgery. His memberships in professional organisations such as the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), Teh Aesthetic Society, and International Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) highlight his commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in the field.

In his NHS practice, Mr. Marcus Davis focused on facial and breast reconstruction as well as skin cancer removal. Additionally, his expertise extends to cosmetic procedures, including skin surgery, breast surgery, body contouring, liposuction, labiaplasty, and facial surgery.
