This was the first consultation with Mr Bolgeri after he took my case over following the retirement of my previous consultant. He had clearly read the file and was fully aware of the background to my case. This gave a very good sense of continuity and he was very clear with his understanding of where we are and how we should progress.
Mr Bolgeri was fantastic! He explained the procedure very clearly, and he showed me what he was doing on the screen. He allayed my fears about the procedure, which is usually recognised as painful. His method rendered the cystoscopy painless. I will be thanking my GP for recommending Mr Bolgeri.
Outstanding! Professional and very caring with extensive knowledge. It’s a real comfort to have such care!
Right from the start, Mr Bolgeri was warm and welcoming and explained things very clearly - his medical tests were thorough which allowed him to recommend the optimum treatment plan that worked out well. The clinic is well managed and the whole experience was less stressful- Mr Bolgeri’s PA co-ordinated all the test and appointments and this, combined with Mr Bolgeri’s care and attention, led to a favourable outcome . Many thanks to them all
Mr Bolgeri was a consummate professional during the period I received treatment for a rather large kidney stone. He made room in his schedule early in the process so we had a diagnosis. He then moved quickly into treatment, and clearly explained all elements of several proposed courses of treatment. He always displayed empathy and concern for my well being, and for that of my family as well. I have nothing but praise for his skill as a surgeon, and the level of concern he consistently demonstrated over a period of weeks to months!
Fantastic experience with Dr Marco. I had two successful surgeries and am now enjoying a very quick recovery. Top man and Top surgeon. Thanks Dr Bolgeri.
I cannot recommend Mr Bolgeri highly enough. I was looked after right from the start compassionately and no question seemed too much for him to answer. Surgery was excellent and the explanations after analysis were very good, clear and practical. An excellent experience with a first-class doctor. Highly recommended.
