Dr Manish Kalla shows clear and excellent patient interactions. He gives full explanations about cardiac function and other heart conditions, using diagrams. Patients trust his decisions for their treatment, including cardioversion and heart surgery. Key themes cover irregular heartbeat, catheter ablation, and atrial fibrillation management.
I had my annual check up with Dr Kayla and he was extremely informative as usual.
My experience was excellent and when I experienced a problem I was seen immediately and involved in the decision making process for my future care. The clinician was very supportive and approachable listening to my concerns and providing workable solutions. The Practice Manager was so helpful and went out of her way to provide me with the appropriate help from the clinical team. In my view, this is team work in action and respond appropriately to the needs of the patient; one cannot ask for more.
Fantastic treatment and advice along with a very friendly manner and great at explaining everything. Highly recommend
Dr Kalla has been excellent though out taking the time to explain everything in a clear and simple way. Very good at making me feel confident with my treatment now and going forward. Has always very responsive whenever I’ve needed advice or guidance in between appointments.
I had recently noticed a change in symptoms and frequency of a condition which I have been successfully managing with self monitoring and taking ‘when required’ medication. I contacted Dr Kalla’s secretary who promptly got back to me arranging a telephone consultation with him the following day! I last saw Dr Kalla in 2023. The consultation was thorough and unhurried, very detailed and informative with explanations of the ECGs showing recent symptomatic episodes (which I had emailed) and their significance. He was reassuring while being clear about progression and offered options for medication now, but also discussed possible next steps. At a stressful time, I appreciate feeling heard while being fully informed and along with the careful consideration of my case and discussion of the options going forward, I feel included in the decision process.
Absolutely first class engagement, understanding and providing different perspectives in order to determine next course of action. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
Dr Kalla was approachable, professional and I had ample time to ask any questions.
Excellent explanation of how the heart works and how my vaguely described symptoms nevertheless suggested a clear path of investigation
