Very professional and courteous but still came across friendly and put me at ease. Explained everything about my condition and treatment options very clearly.
Took the time to explain and demonstrated what the procedure would involve and letting me make the right choice to proceed, nothing was rushed so I could get a full understanding of what will happen next.
I was received in a professional and friendly manner and my concerns (to date) were handled well
Dr Kalla is extremely knowledgable and with his advice I was able to make a very informed decison on the best way forward both in the near future and longer term
Dr Kalla explained everything in a manner easily understood. I wasn't rushed throughout my appointment and was reassured he understood my symptoms. He organised scans quickly and after results were explained. Could not fault my experience with both Dr kalla and his secretary
My recent visit to see Dr Kalla was excellent. Dr Kalla was very reassuring and compassionate in explaining my recent problem. He took time to explain in detail the problems that occurred and why they happened post recent surgery.
Dr Kalla offered a simple explanation regarding heart function and low pulse using a useful diagram. He was very personable and patient and seemed genuinely interested in my concerns. He answered my questions in a supportive reassuring manner . It was an extremely pleasant consultation and I left his clinic knowing exactly what my next steps were. Such a contrast to visiting my local GP surgery.
Immensely reassuring manner. Felt informed and was able to understand my issues and the pathways open to me. Wonderful manner and approach
Dr Kalla was very helpful, enthusiastic and displayed a”can do” attitude when others were quite negative about my situation
