Dr Magnus Dillon

Dr Magnus Dillon is an experienced Consultant Clinical Oncologist who specialises in the non-surgical management of cancer using targeted therapies, precision radiotherapy, and systemic cancer treatments. Known for his empathetic and patient-centred approach, Dr Dillon works closely with individuals and multidisciplinary clinical teams to formulate tailored care plans. His primary focus is to deliver safe, evidence-based treatments that aim for optimal clinical outcomes while maintaining his patients' overall quality of life.

Dr Dillon completed his undergraduate medical education at the University of Cambridge and The Royal Free and University College Medical School. He subsequently completed specialist higher clinical training in clinical oncology alongside competitive academic research fellowships. In 2018, Dr Dillon was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) for his doctoral research examining targeted DNA damage response therapies and novel radiosensitisation strategies.
