Miss Lulu Ritchie is consistently described as professional, kind, and clear in her interactions with patients. She provides thorough explanations of procedures such as adenotonsillectomy and surgery for laryngomalacia, often making special adjustments for children, including those with autism. Patients report smooth recoveries, improved breathing, and increased comfort, leading to excellent overall experiences for families. Overall patient experiences frequently centre on adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, and other paediatric ear, nose, and throat surgical treatments.
Each and every appointment Lulu was very professional and offered helpful advice, she was also very kind and caring to my son before his procedure and after.
Lulu Ritchie was absolutely amazing with my son! She made adjustments where necessary for my Autistic son, she explained every procedure she wanted to carry out on him, sought his consent every time, gave him options and time to respond and used the most gentle approach where necessary. Due to this , my son felt included , relaxed and allowed her to examine him and even try to remove the object even though he is very sensitive with people touching him. She was very kind, gentle and understanding with my son and just so amazing. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and made my son very comfortable which led to a smooth overall experience for us as a family. I am grateful for her.
My son attended Croydon University Hospital for an adenotonsillectomy and ear gromit procedure.
We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Ritchie. She was professional and explained every aspect of our son's surgery to us.
My son was treated with so much care and attention. Thank you so much for all the support and help.
Dr Lulu Ritchie is not only a great doctor but also an outstanding human being. She took over my son’s case in her hands and has immensely changed his health outlook. We are grateful to her, she is highly recommended to anyone needing support on all things ENT treatment. Wish her more power.
The doctor was very pleasant and approachable. She explained everything to us in detail, was extremely kind, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. The surgery was a success and the recovery went very well. We are very grateful for her excellent care.
My daughter had an operation to remove her adenoids. Lulu Ritchie had a discussion with myself in terms of the procedure and what to expect. She was very informative and reassured me my child was in good hands. She communicated before and after the procedure which I found incredible as it’s hard to sometimes pin down a consultant / surgeon. If I could choose to only see this doctor for my children’s care I can comfortably say I would in a heartbeat.
Lulu is an outstanding ENT consultant with a rare ability to connect empathetically with her patients. Skilled, compassionate, and patient, she brings a calming presence that reassures both children and their parents. I would highly recommend.
