Are you Lucy Spours?
Lucy is a Senior Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist who has gained experience working within the NHS at two London Trusts. She also works as a physiotherapist for the U21s in the Arsenal Women’s FC academy. She is currently continuing her professional development by pursuing an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy, helping her to deliver the best possible care.
Lucy particularly enjoys helping people on their journey to regain function, confidence and specific rehabilitation towards personal goals, return to running and return to sports. She specialises in rehabilitating a range of musculoskeletal conditions, including post-fracture or operative rehabilitation, the management of acute/long-term soft tissue injuries as well as persistent conditions. She has also recently developed an interest in the management of acute hand and wrist conditions, building a speciality within the Hand and Wrist team.
Beyond physio life Lucy loves all things sport. Her main passion is football, playing for the East London-based Clapton Community Football Club. She also enjoys outdoor swimming and cooking with family and friends.
