Dr Leslie Fiengo

Dr Leslie Fiengo is a highly qualified Consultant Vascular Surgeon dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care for patients with arterial and venous conditions. Her clinical practice focuses on diagnosing and treating a broad range of vascular disorders, helping patients manage symptoms and maintain optimal circulatory health. Dr Fiengo prioritises a patient-centred approach, taking time to explain complex medical conditions clearly and customising treatment plans to suit each individual's unique health needs.

She completed her medical degree with honours at La Sapienza University of Rome, where she also undertook specialist postgraduate training in Vascular Surgery, graduating first in her class. Furthering her academic and clinical expertise, Dr Fiengo earned a PhD with honours focusing on complex surgical techniques. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) and maintains active engagement with professional surgical organisations, remaining at the forefront of clinical advancements in her field.

Dr Fiengo possesses extensive expertise in both traditional open vascular operations and minimally invasive endovascular procedures. Her special clinical interests include lower limb surgery, deep venous disease, deep vein thrombosis, pelvic and vaginal varicosities, and diabetic foot management. By utilising advanced techniques such as catheter-directed thrombolysis, balloon angioplasty, stenting, and endovenous ablation, she strives to minimise recovery times and achieve safe, effective outcomes for her patients.
