Ms Laura Fulwell-Smith

Ms. Laura Fulwell-Smith is a dedicated Consultant in Obstetrics with a  passion for Women's Health and a strong commitment to enhancing the safety and well-being of mothers and their babies. Her areas of special interest include Feto-Maternal Medicine, Perinatal Mental Health, Placental mediated disease and Bariatric Obstetrics.

Ms. Fulwell-Smith pursued her medical education at Imperial College London, where she earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree. She holds important certifications, including membership in the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) and registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).

Currently, Ms. Fulwell-Smith serves as a Consultant Obstetrician at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, a position she has held since March 2019. In this role, she dedicates herself to providing comprehensive obstetric care, supporting expectant mothers throughout their pregnancies, and ensuring safe childbirth experiences.
