I am writing to provide positive feedback following my recent treatment for Basal Cell Carcinoma. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr Chin, who performed my surgery. From the outset, the care I received was exemplary. The procedure was explained clearly and thoroughly, which helped put me at ease and ensured I fully understood what to expect. I felt well supported throughout the entire process and confident that I was receiving excellent clinical care.

I arrived early for my appointment. I was greeted by friendly staff and given directions as to where to go for my appointment. Dr Chen came to meet me personally in the waiting room and escorted me to his office. He was friendly and showed a genuinely interest in my concerns of my eye condition.. He explained my options of certain treatment. I will be having a follow up appointment to see if the medication has worked. Overall a stress free experience.

I’ve seen many consultants in the course of treating my skin cancer over the last 30 years. I’ve had in the region of 40 procedures and Mr Chin has, by far and away been the best I’ve experienced. My last three procedures (with different consultants) were under local anaesthetic which led to me fainting as a reaction to the pain of local anaesthetic. When I presented this challenge to the next consultant, both he and his staff dismissed my request for a general anaesthetic or at least sedation. They implied that I needed to toughen up. Mr Chin however understood my concerns and took action to ensure I was ok from a pain management perspective. In every engagement I’ve had with Mr Chin I have felt cared for and respected. He’s an outstanding healthcare professional.

Mr Chin and his secretary Rumen provided exceptional professional and caring support throughout the process of consultation appointments, the operation itself and post op follow up . Highly recommend.

Removal of suspicious Mole I was very nervous and initially asked for sedation. Mr chin was happy to do this but actually I decided against it and he talked to me all the way through and I felt almost nothing
