I was very nervous about having surgery . However Mr Chin is professional, helpful, incredibly knowledgeable... And very importantly kind . I had appointments before and after the surgery ., He made me feel at ease and more calm about it all.i would Highly recommend him

Mr Chin was very approachable from the first consultation I had with him and explained all aspects of my surgery thoroughly. On the day of the surgery, he put me at ease and made the whole surgery and recovery process easier. Even with some minor and unexpected things during my recovery, he put my mind at ease straight away and reassured me that it could happen and I'd still recover swiftly - which I did!

Dr Chin is extremely kind and knowledgeable, I have had several issues with my ear before and for the first time I have felt at ease with the hospital doing things correctly. He was extremely professional and also had that friendly attitude towards my situation. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me.
