Dr Khaled Mallek offers clear, professional patient interactions. He listens to concerns and provides thorough test results, which reassures patients. He outlines clear next steps and proposes effective treatment plans. Many patients visit Dr Mallek for ECG, Echocardiogram, heart health checks, arrhythmia, and chest pain.
Dr Mallek was very friendly and knowledgeable; he helped me understand the condition and what it would mean. But after the appointment, there were some things I found odd: - Dr Mallek hadn't requested blood results. I had some from an NHS test, but he didn't have access to those, so we couldn't fully discuss my case. - Even if he had access to the NHS results, I would expect him to repeat those for his records - He discussed my heart rate value, but looking at the ECG result, it reported a different heart rate. - We discussed various follow-ups, but after the appointment, I didn't hear anything from them. - I would have liked to have heard different treatment options and their strengths and weaknesses. Only one option was suggested. So while the consultation seemed OK at the time, looking back, there were several ways I would have liked it to be different.
I found my consultation to be a pleasant experience. Dr Mallek had a quiet and professional demeanor which resulted in a relaxing experience for me.
My appointments with Dr Mallek were extremely reassuring (I went to see him with some blood pressure test results that concerned me). At the first appointment, when I was feeling most anxious, Dr Mallek listened with a thoughtful and kind approach. He took a careful history, did some tests and gave me some comfort based on this. He also recommended some extra checks, to be thorough. On receiving the results of these tests (all of which showed no evident medical problem), he provided guidance that was clear and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Dr Mallek.
Dr Khaled was extremely helpful, listened carefully, and communicated very clearly.
Dr Mallek spent a lot of time with me, discussing my symptoms, ran tests and then advised on next steps. Very professional and explained clearly.
Very easy to talk to and took time to explain my problems to me. Set out a treatment plan to rectify the issue. Very good experience.
Dr Mallek was very courteous and clear in his explanation of test results and next steps.
Dr. Mallek clearly explained the basis of my problem and how he intended to rectify it. He explained that there was an 80% probability of success. ( sounded encouraging to me!!)
Dr Mallek was excellent in every way. He showed great care, consideration and professionalism. He listened well and then went on to fully explain his thoughts on my situation., carried out tests and reassured me. He also explained fully what the plan would be moving forward.
Excellent, swift, friendly and reassuring service, thank you
