Keith Mayerson is a Senior Physiotherapist at Guy Gold. He holds Master’s degrees in both Physiotherapy and Strength & Conditioning, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He is a registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Keith also holds a Level 3 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Keith has served in various roles in his professional journey, evolving from personal training and physiotherapy assistance to his current position as a Physiotherapist. His diverse career allowed him to gain extensive experience working with individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and abilities. 

While he has a broad expertise, Keith particularly finds joy working with athletes. Past positions include roles with national sporting organisations in Canada and university athletic departments in both Canada and the United States, where he served as a Strength & Conditioning Coach. Concurrently, he holds the position of Academy Physiotherapist with a professional rugby club in London.

Keith's expertise lies in assessing clients' physical limitations and implementing evidence-based interventions to aid individuals with musculoskeletal injuries in returning to their previous level of functioning. Utilising a patient-centred approach, he tailors rehabilitation programs to the unique needs and goals of each individual.
