About Dr Keefai Yeong
Dr. Keefai Yeong is a consultant medical physician specialising in elderly care medicine.
His specialist areas include the management of falls with multifactorial assessments, bone health & osteoporosis (brittle bones) for fracture prevention, and Parkinson’s disease. He works very closely with the orthopaedic surgeons and experienced therapists to optimise patients prior to theatre, manage patients in the peri-operative phase by providing regular medical input and also in the post-operative phase to restore to previous level of independence.

He provides a level of care that has been recognised nationally as one of the best and has one of the lowest mortality rates for this group of frail elderly patients.
