Exercise Prescription

I came to Clearcut Physio following a Grade 3 ATFL injury at the end of March. My treatment included massage and ultrasound therapy, as well as practical guidance on exercises and everyday movements I could do at home to help restore mobility and strength.

I really appreciated the combination of hands-on treatment and clear, practical advice. Everything was explained well, and I came away with a much better understanding of how to support my recovery between appointments. The sessions helped me gradually regain movement and confidence in my ankle, and I always felt that the treatment was tailored to where I was in my recovery.

Dr. Catherine is an outstanding psychiatrist. From the first appointment, she made me feel completely at ease and genuinely listened to. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring, and she takes the time to properly understand your situation rather than rushing to conclusions.

What I appreciated most was her thoroughness — she works hard to actually get to the bottom of the problem, rather than just treating symptoms on the surface. I felt safe and well looked after throughout, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a psychiatrist who truly cares about getting things right.

Amy is wonderful and we combined exercises, manual therapy and measures of success to track my progress. She helped me understand the problem and create and track a plan where I can see the improvement and can add strength to my exercise routine to help my hip. Would highly recommend.
