Dr Katrina Mason

Dr Katrina Mason is a highly dedicated Consultant Otolaryngologist and Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon. With a compassionate and patient-centred approach, she provides comprehensive clinical and surgical care for individuals experiencing a broad spectrum of ear, nose, and throat conditions. She is deeply committed to delivering person-focused medical care, ensuring every patient and family feels thoroughly supported, well-informed, and reassured throughout their treatment journey.

Her primary clinical expertise encompasses Paediatric ENT, with a particular focus on complex paediatric airway management, including the investigation and treatment of conditions such as laryngomalacia and stridor. In addition to her paediatric otolaryngology practice, Dr Mason manages general ear, nose, and throat disorders, head and neck assessments, and otological concerns. Beyond direct surgical care, she actively contributes to healthcare innovation, working to improve clinical triage pathways and modernise patient care models within otolaryngology.

Dr Mason completed her undergraduate medical degree at The University of Bristol, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery alongside a Bachelor of Science in Bioethics. She subsequently earned a Master of Science in Surgical Science and Practice with distinction from The University of Oxford and holds a Diploma in Child Health. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, maintaining active involvement with professional surgical organisations and medical education.
