I felt Dr Juliet Balfour covered everything I wanted to talk about in our zoom call, and she did so in a friendly, personable and professional way and was very easy to talk to. I also felt the letter to my GP that Dr Balfour sent me after the call, to approve before sending it to my GP, was a clear summary of everything we had talked about.

Dr Balfour offers a great service. I have had a few problems finding a suitable HRT regime as I am also dealing with the lingering affects of Covid. She is amazingly patient and has encouraged me to try various combinations/strengths/brands until I can find something I can settle on before I transfer back to the support of my GP. As always thank you.

Most important to me, Dr Balfour listened to me fully and then went through my options giving up to date and crucially accurate medical advice to specifically suit me. Also giving the support and repeated reassurance to help me make decisions despite my my menopausal anxiety.

She listens, as soon as you start talking she stops and listens and then responds with good information. My letter and prescription were quickly sent. Money well spent. Thank you so much Dr Balfour.

I have found Dr Juliet Balfour sympathetic and helpful and vastly more knowledgeable than my local GP. Since changing my HRT prescription after consultation with Dr Balfour, my menopausal symptoms are definitely less acute. Lack of sleep has been my overwhelming issue and it is still a problem, but there has been improvement. Honestly, I think I have to look beyond HRT to help myself further but I wouldn't be without it and I'm grateful for the help I've so far received.
