My experience with Phil has been really good. Phil has really been there to support me and we are both seeing improvements every appointment which I have been very happy with. Phil is always there to reassured me and focuses on quality of the movements above quantity, which I think is very important. Doing my first proper 5 minute jog a year after my acl reconstruction has made me really happy, and look forward to working with Phil to get back to the level I was at before.
