A huge thank you to Dr Griffiths - he kept me informed by text message during my husband’s recent surgery, which was very much appreciated as it is always a worrying time.

The doctor was excellent in all aspects of the procedure and took the trouble to explain all to me. He also followed up my appointment later by calling me at home. I have a medical problem which restricts my neck movement and makes swallowing tubes during intubation difficult for me and in the past this has been done with me awake prior to an operation. He wanted to speak to the consultant who recently carried out this procedure on me for any tip so he could pass it on to his colleague who would be doing my operation
