Dr Joelle Dobson

Dr Joelle Dobson is a Consultant Dermatologist based in Norfolk. She specialises in general and paediatric dermatology, and treats patients of all ages with a variety of skin conditions. With over 10 years of experience in dermatology, Dr Dobson is able to diagnose and treat a range of dermatological pathologies. This includes psoriasis, rosacea, acne and eczema. She is also able to perform skin checks to diagnose pre-cancerous lesions and skin cancers, such as melanomas and carcinomas. Once these have been diagnosed, Dr Dobson can undertake a variety of procedures to manage skin cancers and suspicious lesions including biopsy, excision and cryotherapy. 

Dr Dobson graduated with a degree in Medicine from the University of London in 2010. She completed her specialty training in dermatology at Derby Hospital and Norfolk and Norwich NHS hospitals. As an expert at treating both paediatric and adult skin conditions, Dr Dobson holds multiple professional memberships including being a member of the British Association of Dermatologists, the British Association of Paediatric and Adolescent Dermatology and the British Society of Medical Dermatology. During her career, she has also contributed to medical literature in her field through publishing multiple academic papers in journals.
