Conor and the dental nurse (feel really bad didn’t manage to catch her name) were brilliant. Very quick and very effective, especially considering I was moving and jerking due to anaesthetic not working on me. Also gave very clear run through of what he was doing so I knew what to expect.

Examination thorough, took X-ray explained situation with lower right teeth.  Temporary ease before appointments to sort out.

Lovely hospital & staff.incredibly clean.  Only small issue I had was that I would have liked the nurses to be more “attentive” once my operation had been completed and I was in recovery back in my room . I  was quite upset following my operation & I was aware there had been a complication , but they didn’t know what it was! I was left for long periods of time feeling worried. Although the nursing staff were caring overall.

Lukman's advice was always very honest but balanced. At no time did I feel rushed to make a treatment decision. He gave plenty of time to think about things, important for a job entailing 4 replacement crowns and some endodontic treatment as well. He was very professional at all times. Also, incredibly skilled at local anaesthesia: I never felt a thing!
