Follow up appointment post surgery. Clear explanation of surgery and healing process. Answered all questions.
Arrived to a welcoming receptionist who clearly directed me to Mr Singleton’s waiting area. Slight delay waiting for my appointment (15 mins). Dr clearly described potential reasons for my issue, carried out a thorough review of my knee and then offered his solution. The injection processes was faultless, no pain, Dr using scar point for insertion made this pain free. Clearly described the potential issues and how to maintain the insertion site to prevent infection., follow up appointments were discussed and booked during the appointment. It was a pleasure to be looked after by Dr Singleton
My recent visits with Mr James Singleton about my knees and injections was excelent,he is very helpful and informative! He was also very helpful with my MCL!
Great service from start to finish. Mr singleton always explained each step clearly.
I cannot stress how good my experience was seeing Mr Singleton. He was patient, explained everything to me in detail, answering all my questions and giving me confidence that my health was in my hands, with his expertise to help guide. I felt seen, my concerns acknowledged and mitigated, and I came away feeling much happier with where my care was headed.
I had a consultation about a possible total knee replacement which we decided to go ahead with.
Mr Singleton was very professional and pitched the appointment at the right level. I am very happy with the whole process
Mr Singleton has delivered a confident and thorough service to me from the outset. He has given me realistic and appropriate guidance for surgery and I feel confident that he is most definitely the right person for the job. We have discussed options and I have a plan. I am very happy with the service I have received from Mr Singleton and his team and am looking forward to my surgery and rehab process ahead.
As previously discussed, faultless. Mr Singleton was just fantastic.
After trying unsuccessfully to ignore my nagging knee pain I. Was getting out of the chair when it clicked and remained very painful thereafter. I decided to get a professional opinion and selected Mr James Singleton (James) as he specialised in knees and had extensive experience. Following a scan the issue and damage was clearly explained to me and options offered which James told me to take time to think about. I opted for a relatively new treatment called Arthrosamid which involved a painless injection under a local anaesthetic into the knee and 3 months later have gone from not being able to walk very far to 10,000 steps a day and am looking forward to further improvement in the coming months. I would highly recommend James and if I need the other knee done will certainly be contacting him. Thank you.

Many thanks for taking the time to post such a detailed review and am delighted to have helped improve your knee function.
I have known James for a long time both through his training and as a fellow consultant with the Army. He is an excellent technical surgeon and a pleasure to work alongside
