I had to have tests on my heart to resolve a problem with swollen legs I have had since a recent operation for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Dr Gamble was experienced, thorough, discreet and reassuring. A difficult combination and one in which he excelled.
I appreciated being treated as an informed adult capable of a discussion of my symptoms and the appropriate treatment, taking account of my age and abilities.
My primary concern was that my heart and pace maker were functioning good and were not contributing factors to some unusual health issues that I have been experiencing since February. Dr Gamble had great empathy with my health issues and spent some time assessing my ECG results, checking my pacemaker performance and also conducting an echo cardiogram during my consultation. He listened to my current problems and felt that the cause(s) lay elsewhere and advised me to proceed with a CT scan of my head as suggested by the JR elderly clinic and follow-up again all results with my GP. I have requested a repeat in 6 months. A very reassuring session and results. Excellent.
appointment was on time and all explanations given clearly and concisely Dr Gamble answered all my questions in a like manner. I will be booking a further consultation
Dr Gamble is an excellent consultant and I feel privileged that he has been my consultant. I really believe he is second to none in his field. Dr Gamble listen carefully and offers pragmatic and clear advice in plain English. His follow up letter captured our consultation accurately with a clear remediation plan.
We decided to go private because of such a long NHS waiting list and genuine concerns over Steen‘s health. It was money well spent. We felt very confident in Dr Gamble’s.examination and conclusion. We feel so relieved to have a diagnosis. Brian
Helpful thorough and professional clear explanations
Dr Gamble is professional and caring. Meticulous and thorough in assessment.
Within hours of booking my appointment on line, Dr Gamble sent me an e mail, acknowledging the information I had sent and giving me an insight as to the likely tests he would consider during my appointment. This was very helpful and very much appreciated. Dr Gamble was very thorough and explained everything during my appointment and arranged further tests for evaluation.
