Dr. Jaimin Patel

Dr. Jaimin Patel graduated from King's College London Medical School in 1999. After gaining experience working in a London hospital, he completed his General Practice vocational training in 2003 and was awarded membership of the Royal College of GPs. Dr. Patel holds diplomas in both paediatrics and women's health and is a Diabetes UK clinical champion with extensive experience in treating type 2 diabetic patients. He is passionate about the early diagnosis of cancer and is also a keen sportsman, skilled in treating common sports injuries.

Dr. Patel has over 25 years of experience in general practice, consulting privately at LIPS Healthcare in Battersea Power Station and working at Croydon University Hospital NHS Trust since 2003. He has also served with the South West London Health and Care Partnership, Macmillan Cancer Support, and Prostate Cancer UK. His clinical interests include early cancer diagnosis, sports medicine, urgent and emergency care, paediatrics, and medical optimisation.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Patel is committed to teaching and appraising other doctors. He has been a clinical champion for Diabetes UK since 2016, focusing on enhancing diabetes care. Dr. Patel strives to provide patient-centred care, ensuring the highest standards in his medical practice.
