Did not understand my options my treatment and costs

Needs to be more organised and appear less flustered. Perhaps read patient notes before taken into the room to get correct detail. Fortunately her assistant is excellent and a great support to her. Language is difficult particularly with a mask on. I have slight age related hearing loss which is noted on my records. Needs to slow down a bit to boost patient confidence.
