I recently took my mum to see Dr Chantal Burgess for a tooth extraction. My mum is a stroke patient, and Dr Burgess was incredibly professional, considerate, and welcoming. She made us both feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. She explained every step of the procedure clearly, and the nurse who assisted her was equally caring, kind, and supportive. My mum was so grateful to them both and was very happy with her overall experience. Thank you, Dr Chantal Burgess and your wonderful nurse. Wishing you both all the very best!

I had a lovely experience with Dr Chantal- she was extremely gentle and explained every stage.

A huge thank you to Dr. Chantal for making my tooth extraction such a comfortable and stress-free experience. She explained everything clearly before and throughout the procedure, reassured me the whole time and kept checking that I was okay. She was so kind, gentle, and professional, and even when she gave me the injections, I honestly didn’t feel any pain at all! Her assistant was also lovely and caring. I’m so grateful for the care and kindness I received from both of them and would highly recommend Dr. Chantal to anyone who feels nervous about dental treatment. ❤️

Dentist and nurse excellent. Good, clear communication, friendly and also swiftly performed the procedure (extraction) to excellent standard. Only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars was long wait (which was explained)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Service – Absolutely Amazing Experience! I cannot thank Dr Chantal and Nurse Jade enough for the incredible care they gave me during my wisdom tooth extraction. I am an extremely nervous patient due to some terrible experiences with dentists in the past, so I was honestly very anxious going into the appointment. From the moment I met Dr Chantal and Nurse Jade, they made me feel completely reassured, safe and supported. They were both incredibly kind, patient and understanding, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt calm and comfortable throughout the whole process. Dr Chantal was so gentle and reassuring, constantly making sure I was okay and explaining what was happening, while Nurse Jade was equally lovely and supportive. Their kindness and patience made such a huge difference to me. I honestly couldn’t believe how quick and straightforward the whole procedure was — the entire process took around 10 minutes from start to finish, with the extraction itself taking only about 30 seconds! I was absolutely amazed. After having such negative experiences in the past, I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr Chantal and Nurse Jade completely changed my perception of having dental treatment, and I left feeling so grateful that I was in such caring and capable hands. Thank you both so much for looking after me, reassuring me and taking such amazing care of me. Dentist was very calm and reassuring, my treatment was done quickly and with little pain.
