She was very friendly and professional, she explained everything to me in the best way and explained what she was going to do.

I went in feeling quite nervous. Dr Chantal was very assuring and made me feel calmer about the procedure. Very professional, and communicated well throughout the procedure as did Aditi regarding the after cate.The procedure went very smoothly and without doubt would recommend her services to others .

My first visit to consult Dr Burgess was for composite fillings. The whole experience with Dr Burgess was highly pleasing. I found Dr Burgess very professional and had very pleasant 'bedside manners'. Dr Burgess was extremely patient with explaining every step very clearly before executing each procedure, which put me at great ease. Dr Burgess would pause now & again to check if I needed to rest and that it was alright for her to continue. Her care for patients is exemplary. Dr Burgess's hard work & dentistry skill was worth every penny. The end result of the composite filling was much more than I had anticipated. Dr Burgess successfully restored the top row of my teeth with great skill and gave me back my "smile". Armed with great confidence, I returned to consult Dr Burgess a second time to have a crown fitted. Before the treatment, Dr Burgess was most detailed in explaining the advantages of having a crown fitted instead of an extraction. Dr Burgess remained extremely courteous and very pleasant. Once again, the whole treatment under Dr Burgess's professional expertise was most rewarding. The end result was a "crowning glory"! I am delighted that Dr Burgess had persuaded me to save my tooth. The colour of the crown was a perfect match to the rest of my teeth. Her dentistry skill is highly praiseworthy I remain extremely grateful to Dr Burgess for all her professional care. Dr Burgess is a huge credit to the dentistry profession. I will not hesitate to recommend Dr Chantal Burgess
