I did not like the lady dentist I saw. Very abrupt, wouldn't listen, refused to do what another male dentist said i could have on previous visit Made me feel awful about myself

Whilst my family are registered with the clinic I myself am not (unfortunately I have the biggest fear of dentists) I’d been in pain for a while, trying to self medicate at home. I called the clinic today as the pain was excruciating and was seen by 3pm the same day, as an emergency case. Dr Helen and her assistant Elyse were so very kind, patient and caring. They explained what the issue was and gave me options. I went for an extraction and they couldn’t have been any kinder to me. Totally putting me at ease.

I was seen by a new dentist for my appointment on 16.12.22. My appointment was for a check up. All was fine. The dentist was friendly, reassuring and a treatment plan set up. Due to a cancellation, my second appointment was the same afternoon. Very good service.

Usman was very friendly and managed to pop in 2 fillings during my examination saving me another visit He was very thorough.

Very impressed by the greeting and treatment received in surgery 3 (sorry cannot remember the dentists name). I used to have a bit of a fear of dentists before but no longer.
