I visited today about an issue that had been bothering me a lot, as well as another problem that has been ongoing for quite some time. Ms. Ileana Anderco was amazing she was incredibly reassuring and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made me feel very calm and comfortable throughout the appointment. I left feeling so much better and, for the first time, truly felt that someone had listened to me.
Attended for modules on vocal cords. Ms Anderco was professional, understanding, thorough and caring. Explained everything that was going to happen and then about what she had found with next steps.

Ms Anderco explained the procedure clearly and with a lovely manner. My operation was carried out as she expanded prior to my surgery. Ms Anderco had a calm, confident and reassuring attitude which helped any anxiety I may have felt previously.
Probably the nicest doctor I’ve ever met she was amazing with my daughter , my daughter usually hates the doctors and will not let them examine her and often leads to meltdowns but she really took her time with my little girl earning her trust and by the end of the appointment my little girl actually held her hand. On the way back to car my daughter actually said I like doctors now . She explained the full procedure to us and let me know about possible complications and what to expect
I can highly recommend Ileana Anderco. Having seen several GPs who were unable to diagnose/treat me, after just one appointment, I had a diagnosis & treatment plan. I was listened to, had a meaningful two way conversation & info clearly explained. My health has significantly improved & nearly 100% cured.
