Dr. Iain Grant

Dr Iain Grant is an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in intensive care, general adult, and rehabilitation psychiatry. With extensive experience in NHS, corporate and private settings, he delivers high-quality medical care and leads teams to drive digital service transformation. As the Clinic Manager and Medical Director of RTN Medical Limited, Dr Grant oversees operations and ensures the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Dr Grant completed his medical degree at the University of Leicester in 2013, followed by his specialist training in psychiatry. He later became a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and completed his Level 6 Diploma in Management and Leadership.

Dr Grant offers comprehensive assessments, and diagnoses for a wide range of conditions. His expertise extends to medication reviews, including augmentation, rationalisation, and safe withdrawal protocols. He specialises in treating psychosis, mood disorders, burnout, anxiety disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, perinatal mental health issues, sleep disorders, personality disorders, and habit and impulse control disorders.
