Dr Hiteshkumar Tailor

Dr Hiteshkumar Tailor is a Consultant ENT Surgeon who provides care for a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions. Specialising in both adult and paediatric Otolaryngology, Dr Tailor is dedicated to delivering reassuring, high-quality surgical and medical management. His patient-centred approach ensures that individuals of all ages receive thorough diagnostic evaluations and tailored care plans designed to restore function and improve overall quality of life.

Dr Tailor graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from UCL Medical School in 2011, following his completion of a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Orthopaedic Sciences at University College London in 2008. He completed comprehensive specialist registrar training in Otolaryngology and achieved Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (FRCS ORL-HNS) in 2022. Additionally, he holds a Diploma in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (DOHNS), is an Associate Fellow of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (AFFMLM), and serves as a Clinical Lecturer involved in medical education and research.

In his clinical practice, Dr Tailor manages diverse adult and paediatric conditions across all core areas of Otolaryngology. His areas of clinical interest include rhinology, the management of nasal blockage, sinus disease, epistaxis, septal perforation, and septorhinoplasty, alongside throat and voice disorders, swallowing difficulties, tonsillitis, and neck masses. He also evaluates ear-related issues such as recurrent ear infections, hearing impairment, and balance disorders. Surgical and diagnostic interventions offered include tonsillectomy, endoscopic sinus procedures, nasal airway surgery, ear clearance, and swallowing assessments.

Combining clinical expertise with an interest in clinical informatics and healthcare innovation, Dr Tailor focuses on service redesign and pathway optimisation to enhance healthcare delivery. He maintains an objective and reassuring communication style, ensuring that patients and their families feel fully informed and supported throughout their diagnosis and treatment.
