My appointment with Mr Chin was on time. He listened intently to my experience re my ear infection over the last 11 months and examined both ears. He reassured me and said that he can help. He then drained both ears which immediately made a difference to clear the infection and spoke to me about the treatment he prescribed for the next 3 weeks. He was attentive and ensured that I understood his prognosis and treatment plan.

The doctor evaluated my son, conducted initial testing to narrow down the issue, and organised further diagnostics to determine the root cause. He is an exceptionally talented physician, and I am deeply impressed by his treatment.

We had been recommended Dr Chin by a friend as our 3 year old daughter suffered from Obstructive Sleep Apnea, recurrent Tonsillitis & struggled to breath through her nose. She wasn’t gaining weight, had a poor appetite, was always sick & was generally irritable. At our consultation with Dr Chin he quickly identified extremely large tonsils & adenoids & also made us aware she was suffering from Glue Ear. He advised an adenotonsillectomy would be best along with grommets. Surgery went smoothly, he eased our worries & was fantastic with our daughter, a lovely friendly manner & explained everything well. His communication is exceptional, always happy to answer any questions we had before & after surgery. It’s been 8 weeks since surgery & it’s been life changing. She’s gaining weight, sleeping peacefully & thriving in every way. Dr Chin is a miracle worker & we cannot thank him enough.

My 12 year old daughter has anxiety/autism. She felt very comfortable with Mr Chin, something she doesn't do with many doctors. Mr Chin gave her a very thorough examination. The time Mr Chin then took to explain what was happening with her ears and the way in which he explained it has made all the difference. She felt considerably reassured following her appointment. She made a conscious effort not to manipulate the jaw/swallow/sniff as soon as we left the appointment and she has barely mentioned her ears the last couple of days. Thank you very very much. After 18 months of daily stress, the cycle seems to have been broken and she is looking forward to her holiday. Mr Chin has made a real difference. Thank you.

The experience was very positive, encouraging and supportive. Mr Chin listened closely to my explanations and clearly explained the tests that he recommended. The tests were conducted in a very professional manner and the findings were clearly explained giving a positive treatment plan with the suggestions for further treatment if required. He also allowed my wife to attend the appointment and she was fully considered during the session. Overall, a very positive, supportive and friendly experience which I would commend to anyone, and thank Mr Chin for his courtesy, professionalism and positivity.
