I visited Mr Andrew Chin with my son as he had ear problems. Andrew diagnosed the issue quickly and my son had a procedure the next month and everything went perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Andrew again for any issues with any of my family.

I would like to thank Mr Chin from the bottom of my heart because the surgery has been truly life changing in the most positive ways for me. I suffered from migraines/sinus pain/sinus infections and my breathing was impacted for years. Having visited two ENT consultants previously, I was feeling uncertain about whether anything would help. My experience with Mr Chin has been nothing but excellent and exceeds what my expectations were in every way. What a truly incredible person and consultant Mr Chin is. He took time to listen and give me options. He has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Our initial meeting really put my mind at ease and made me decide to put my trust in Dr Chin and have him carry out a septoplasty on me. Every aspect of communication was excellent. So much so, that I didn't feel nervous about surgery on the day because Dr Chin and all the wonderful staff at the hospital put my mind at ease. The hospital was absolutely immaculate. Processes and procedures were carried out faultlessly, and I knew at every stage what would be happening. Dr Chin and the hospital staff provided excellent care, kindness and support to me pre, during and post operation. I was able to contact Dr Chin and the hospital with any queries post op. I made a quick recovery and was back at work after two weeks. My post op review was great. Mr Chin was very happy with my results and recovery. My nose has been hit, at force, by a basketball when I was 12. Mr Chin confirmed the surgery was complex and I was quite shocked to see the extent of the injury from the basketba...

Mr Andy Chin was very professional, patient and thorough during our son's consultation. He took the time to listen to our concerns, performed a detailed examination including a nasal endoscopy, and explained the findings in a clear and understandable way. We appreciated that he discussed all treatment options, including the benefits and risks of surgery, without any pressure to proceed. His honest and balanced advice gave us confidence in deciding the best course of action for our son. We are very grateful for his care and would highly recommend him.

Dr Chin is an excellent ENT consultant, who diagnosed my son's condition in first session, and explained the treatment options in best possible way. He started treatment immediately after confirming with my son and the result of the treatment was evident from early days.
