Helen Sitch

Mrs Helen Sitch is an experienced Osteopath who graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 2016 with an Integrated Master of Osteopathy. She practices a holistic philosophy of care, incorporating sleep, stress management, and nutrition into clinical assessments. Helen completed specialised postgraduate training in Women's Health at the Molinari Institute of Health, which enables her to support female patients across all life stages, from fertility and pregnancy through to menopause.

In clinical practice, Helen utilises a versatile range of treatment techniques, including cranial osteopathy, visceral mobilisation, soft tissue work, and structural adjustments. She holds a dedicated interest in managing temporomandibular joint (TMJ) jaw issues and optimising airway health to improve breathing.
