Dr Helen enabled me to open up about the main and other problems I am experiencing, explained what was needed to pinpoint the causes and booked an MRI scan for the next day (Sat). On Sunday she phoned through the results and set in motion comms with my GP. On Monday the results and letter were sent to my GP resulting in a call from my GP setting up blood test form and a 2 week pathway for more urgent tests. I have twice had follow up calls.

Dr Mitakidis was excellent when consulting for an acute back pain issue. I came as there were no appointments at my regular GP even though it was urgent and I don't have Private Medical. Not only was she sympathetic and clear in the medical and therapeutic options but also how to get myself referred to my NHS GP to make sure I can request a scan and further tests given I don't have medical cover.

Dr. Helen was amazing, we have nice conversation, also great analise of symptoms, and whole story abaut my sickness allowed to prescribed me medication whichone help me. Great specialist with 100% I will recommend.
