Dr Helen Holt is a Consultant Endocrinologist and Consultant Diabetologist who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care for individuals managing complex metabolic and hormonal conditions. She specialises in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of endocrine disorders, offering tailored treatment plans designed to support long-term wellness. Known for her empathetic and reassuring approach, Dr Holt works closely with every individual to ensure they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their healthcare journey.

Her wide-ranging clinical expertise encompasses thyroid disorders, pituitary dysfunction, adrenal conditions, and reproductive endocrinology. As a dedicated Consultant Physician, Dr Holt also provides specialised endocrine support for transgender individuals seeking gender-affirming hormone therapy. In diabetes care, her focus spans the management of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, insulin therapy, diabetic foot care, and structured education programmes, including the BERTIE course for Type 1 diabetes.
