Mr Hasan Usmani

Mr Hasan Usmani is a dedicated Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon who specialises in comprehensive eye care, delivering clinical expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of eye conditions. Committed to high standards of patient care, he focuses on establishing clear communication and tailored treatment plans for every individual. His core clinical practice encompasses advanced cataract surgery, corneal conditions, and refractive vision correction. Mr Usmani performs procedures including cataract extraction, corneal transplantation, refractive laser surgery, refractive lens exchange, and pterygium surgery. Mr Usmani completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Aga Khan University in 2001, prior to completing specialist postgraduate training in Ophthalmology in the United Kingdom. He holds a Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in medical education and clinical leadership. Demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence, he is a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (FRCOphth), a Fellow of the European Board of Ophthalmology (FEBO), and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (FRCS Glasg).
