Harriet is a musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapist. She graduated from Swansea University with a BSc. in Sport and Exercise Science. After which she furthered her expertise with an MSc. in Physiotherapy at Oxford Brookes University.
Harriet brings a wealth of experience from her tenure at esteemed institutions: Guys and St Thomas’ and Barts Health NHS Trusts to her role at Pure Sports Medicine. Her background includes valuable exposure to pelvic health/obstetric physiotherapy, orthopaedics and fracture rehabilitation.
Beyond the clinic, Harriet is not just a physiotherapist but also a passionate sports enthusiast. As a regular player in a competitive London Hockey league and an aspiring golfer, she understands first-hand the demands these activities impose on the body. You might even spot her cheering at Harlequins matches at the Stoop when she is not in the clinic!
Harriet’s commitment extends beyond sports; she is deeply passionate about women’s health physiotherapy. Whether you need pelvic health support, ante/postnatal care or injury management, Harriet is here to provide personalised assistance and support every step of the way.

Harriet was always very professional and personal, and designed my rehab around my goals of playing football. She did lots of test on my ankle post op and simulated a match environment to give me the confidence to return to playing
Super helpful and Harriet explains the exercises and the reasons for doing so really well
Harriet has been fantastic all the way through my treatment. She has given me insights that I wouldn’t have got outside and helped me through a difficult time of pain. She is incredibly professional but fun at the same time!
Harriet listened to my needs, made thoughtful suggestions and was super helpful
Harriet gave me a structured, clear and adaptable program to build my strength and get me running again, after 6 months of sciatica pain and a prior physio who didn’t help. She was really friendly and her guidance was tailored to me and my needs.
Harriet explains everything very clearly and concisely making it easy to understand both in terms of her assessment of an injury and how to address it.
Harriet was really excellent. She personalised the exercises to my hobbies and goals as well as addressing the injury and my knee pain is completely gone!
One of the things I really appreciated during my sessions with Harriet was how carefully she listened to what I needed - not just physically with my knee, but also mentally, as I was trying to find my way back into sport without feeling discouraged or pressured. That made a huge difference to me, and I’m very grateful for the way Harriet supported me throughout my recovery journey.
Harriet is extremely professional, friendly and clear in her explanations and advice.
Working with Harriet I not only made absolutely tremendous progress but also learned a lot along the way! (The body is incredible and Harriet gave me many tips and tricks to break bad habits!) I had shoulder pain for several years and after much frustration decided to go see a professional for treatment. This is how I met Harriet and was very impressed with how knowledgeable and accurately she was able to identify the root cause and the key exercises to improve my shoulder. (Something I was unable to do on my own!) She helped to identify the muscle imbalances and from there we started with simple exercises to help improve my strength and coordination in these weak areas. As I progressed she would replace old ones with new more challenging exercises. Also when I lacked certain equipment she would also introduce variations of exercises that were as effective. Throughout the treatment my strength increased over 4 times and I am now pain-free! I highly recommend Harriet as a physiotherapist and it was a pleasure working with her!
Harriet is an excellent physiotherapist. She has looked after several of my maternity patients both during pregnancy and in the postnatal period, and the feedback has been consistently outstanding. Patients have found her to be highly knowledgeable, practical, and reassuring, with a clear understanding of the physical challenges women face during and after pregnancy. Her care is thoughtful, evidence-based, and genuinely patient-centred, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to women requiring specialist physiotherapy support in the perinatal period.
