Ms Harriet Kefford

Harriet Kefford is a Physiotherapist at Pure Sports Medicine Canary Wharf with dual degrees in physiotherapy and sport & exercise science. In 2013, she earned her first Bachelor's degree in Sport & Exercise Science from the University of East London, followed by her second Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy at King's College London in 2016.

Harriet has specialist expertise in sports injuries, bone health, spinal pain, postoperative rehabilitation, rheumatology, return to sport rehabilitation, and limb reconstruction. She has sporting interests in running, cycling, dance, and rowing.

Harriet has gained valuable work experience as a Physiotherapist and Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. She also gained expertise in her role as First Team Physiotherapist at Old Elthamians RFC, Physiotherapist for NASS Lewisham and rowing coaching.
