Dr Bhatia was very friendly, reassuring and encouraging. I left the session feeling better about myself than before. She did a good job adjusting to my communication style in our first session and I am sure that this will only improve over time as her demeanour and attitude are very open and observant.

A very caring and patient doctor, who clearly was extremely experienced. She allowed plenty of time to explore thoughts and feelings and made me feel comfortable discussing all areas of my life. I felt reassured and safe, even though the consultation was online. I felt listened to and understood when explaining my concerns. A clear treatment plan was agreed, and I look forward to a follow up. I feel i can discuss any worries of mine with Dr Bhatia or ask her any questions. Thank you.
