Graeme Glass PhD, FRCS(Plast) MBA is a London trained, internationally respected consultant plastic, craniofacial and aesthetic surgeon. Dr Glass is a highly sought after aesthetic surgeon, specialising in deep plane face and neck lifts, brow-lifts, rhinoplasty and eyelid surgery. To complement his aesthetic work, Dr Glass is an expert in managing children and adults with complex facial deformity. Prior to moving back to London in 2024, he was co-founder of the Qatar national cleft, craniofacial, facial palsy and microsurgical services, establishing an international hub of excellence and pioneering some of the most complex facial and extremity reconstructive procedures ever to have been performed in the region.
As an associate professor of clinical surgery at UCL, (with previous academic positions at Cornell and Oxford University) Dr Glass has published over 75 peer-reviewed papers and textbook chapters and has lectured internationally. His PhD, on novel stem cell therapeutic strategies, was awarded by Imperial College, London and ultimately led to his role as Aesthetic Director of the health and wellness company, LYMA, where he envisioned a novel approach to skin health and healing and developed a revolutionary skincare range and near-infrared cold laser. His business interests were further developed by Warwick Business School, leading to the award of an MBA.

Mr Graeme Glass was one of the surgeons who did a very complicated surgery to reconstruct our daughter left limb. We are extremely grateful to Mr Glass for his exceptional care and expertise during the microsurgery. His professionalism, attention to detail and kindness gave us great confidence throughout the whole process. He is a genius! We truly appreciate everything he has done.
Dr Glass was absolutely fantastic. He was so kind, honest and patient and really put me at ease. The consult was exceptionally thorough and didn’t feel rushed. He took time to answer all of my questions and, having felt anxious beforehand, I felt totally reassured. Will absolutely book!
Dr Glass has been amazing from start to finish. Very reassuring which helped a lot with settling nerves. He also explained everything so well and in words I understood. I’m so happy with the outcome. He has done an amazing job with my Septorhinoplasty.

Dr Glass was able to see us very quickly. He diagnosed the issue quickly, provided some in-clinic treatment and some medication to use at home. He stayed closely in contact with us over the following days. W were very reassured and delighted with our experience.
Dr Glass is wonderful with children and make the whole experience easy and pain free
Our son had a frontal nasal dermoid; a large tumour within his nasal bone that prevented his nose from forming properly. We spent months searching around the world for a specialist who could truly help him. The moment we met Dr. Glass, we knew we were finally in the right hands. His expertise, calm approach and depth of knowledge were immediately clear. After eight months of misdiagnosis, he understood exactly what our son was dealing with and how to correct it. For the first time, we finally felt safe and hopeful. Beyond his world-class skill, his kindness, reassurance and guidance made us feel completely supported throughout the entire process. What we never expected was just how extraordinary the result would be. Our son’s nose has been beautifully and expertly transformed - the scar is tiny and healing incredibly well, and the change has been life-changing for him and for us. We truly still can’t believe how amazing the outcome is, and we honestly can’t stop smiling. After such a challenging and emotional year, Dr. Glass gave us the most positive experience we could have hoped for. We cannot thank him enough and would recommend him without hesitation. To us, he will always be a hero.
Dr Graeme Glass carried out surgery on our son to remove an area of cutis aplasia. We have been extremely impressed with the whole experience, from the clear communication and supportive process to the regular reviews at GOSH. Dr Glass has done a wonderful job, and we are delighted with the outcome. We are very grateful for his expertise and care.
