Dr Gaggandeep S Alg

Dr Gaggandeep Singh Alg is a Consultant in General Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, specialising in managing patients with multiple complex acute and chronic conditions. He currently sees private patients at Fortius Clinic Wimbledon, New Victoria Hospital and Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital. He graduated from Bart's and The London School of Medicine in 2009 and completed his postgraduate training in Geriatric and General Medicine at the Oxford Deanery, earning his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in 2018. 

In addition to his clinical qualifications, Dr Alg holds a Master's degree in Medical Education. He has been actively involved in teaching medical students from Oxford University and currently from St George's University, London, where he serves as an Honorary Senior Lecturer at St George's Medical School. Dr Alg has a strong interest in equality and diversity and participates in meetings and forums with the General Medical Council (GMC) and the British Medical Association (BMA) to further these causes.

His clinical expertise includes Parkinson's Disease and other movement disorders, frailty and interface geriatrics, pre-operative assessment of older patients, dementia and delirium, as well as falls and syncope. Dr Alg is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to his patients while also contributing to the advancement of medical education and advocating for equality in healthcare.
