With a distinguished career spanning 25 years, Ms Fiona Brannigan is a highly experienced dietitian dedicated to helping patients reclaim their health through evidence-based nutrition. After graduating from Robert Gordon University in 2000, she spent over two decades within the NHS, where she developed a deep expertise in managing complex clinical cases.
Within this time she served as Clinical Effectiveness Lead for Dietetics and Rehabilitation services in Greater Glasgow and Clyde NHS Trust and contributed to the set up of the Dietetic service to the Discharge and Rehabilitation team in 2003.
Specialising in gut health and the management of chronic conditions, Fiona is known for her compassionate and practical approach to dietary change. She focuses on empowering individuals to listen to their bodies and build a sustainable relationship with food that maximises energy and well-being. She can help with IBS, bloating, constipation or diarrhoea with her Gut Reset method, this aims to identify the triggers as well as treating the symptoms resulting in gut comfort.
Her clinical focus also extends to the specific needs of older adults and those recovering from significant illness, with expertise in neurological rehabilitation including traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries.
