I felt genuinely valued as a patient throughout the whole process. What really stood out was being able to sit down face-to-face with a GP and discuss my current medical conditions as well as my weight-loss goals. It felt much more personal than an online-only service, and I left feeling reassured, supported and confident that my overall health was being considered. I really valued being able to see an experienced doctor in person. The body composition monitoring is very insightful & motivating and being able to review regularly has helped me reach my target weight with really positive lifestyle changes. This is a fantastic service & would highly recommend to anyone considering weight loss treatment.
