Miss Esther Rostron

Esther Rostron is a Chartered and HCPC Registered MSK Physiotherapist and APPI Pilates Instructor at Bodyset Farnham and Cobham. Esther has extensive experience in treating patients of all ages with various conditions and injuries, ranging from orthopaedic post-operative rehabilitation to acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as back pain and neck pain.

Esther completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science at Bournemouth University in 2014, followed by her Master's degree in Rehabilitation Science at the University of Brighton in 2018. She became a Chartered Physiotherapist recognised by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and a HCPC Registered Physiotherapist in 2018. In 2020, she received her APPI Pilates Instructor Licence from the APPI Health Group.

Esther has several years of experience working with athletes of all levels, ages and abilities and currently sees rugby players in her role as Physiotherapist for the Cobham Rugby Club. Esther is known by her clients for her empathetic and tailored approach to physiotherapy. She is passionate about treating the individual as well as the injury to encourage a speedy recovery. She enjoys all aspects of physiotherapy treatment, with special interests in massage, manual therapy techniques, education and tailored exercise rehabilitation; helping her patients return to pain-free activity as quickly as possible.
