I have seen Jon for a number of sessions so far for rehabilitation of my foot and ankle after an injury and immobilisation. I have been amazed by the progress I have made so far by following the exercises Jon has given me. Jon has helped me to understand my injury and to set and achieve goals each week. My strength is coming back and pain is reducing week by week. I would highly recommend Bodyset and Jon in particular; he is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and the results are clear to see in my case!

Lydia is the best Physio I have ever been to, she has always been extremely professional and knowledgeable and I wouldn't be pain free now if it wasn't for her:)

Friendly and professional welcome on arrival. Felt wholly at ease with the Physiotherapist who explained everything fully and clearly. She ensured that her physical examination of me was done sympathetically. Because of this I'm greatly encouraged to go forward with further visits.

Not had any experience with physio in the past, so a bit apprehensive, but overall a vey pleasant experience. Not at all like going to the dentist!

Lydia is the best physio I have met, she is the 3rd of 3 excellent physio's my husband and I have used, they were all brilliant (2 at Streatley, Lydia at Horsham) and Lydia is outstanding. We would highly recommend her to anyone - clever, skilled, committed, professional, compassionate - a rare combination!

I have had a number of sessions now with Lydia for a painful shoulder injury. I cannot thank Lydia enough for the progress that is being made. Lydia is excellent, very caring and attentive. Through Lydia's care and the weekly tailored exercises I am seeing improvements every week. The pain has diminished and Lydia is focussing on helping me to get the shoulder back up to full strength. The facility at Horsham is in a great location and is very clean, well presented and well managed. I cannot recommend Bodyset in Horsham enough and particularly Lydia for her excellent care and support. Thankyou.
