I have had a number of sessions now with Lydia for a painful shoulder injury. I cannot thank Lydia enough for the progress that is being made. Lydia is excellent, very caring and attentive. Through Lydia's care and the weekly tailored exercises I am seeing improvements every week. The pain has diminished and Lydia is focussing on helping me to get the shoulder back up to full strength. The facility at Horsham is in a great location and is very clean, well presented and well managed. I cannot recommend Bodyset in Horsham enough and particularly Lydia for her excellent care and support. Thankyou.

I have been going to Bodyset Horsham for 3 months now under the care of Lydia. I have been really impressed with the physio I have received for an ACL rupture, from both a pre-op and post-op perspective. I’m on my road to recovery now with a high level of ongoing care.

Lydia is the best physio I have met, she is the 3rd of 3 excellent physio's my husband and I have used, they were all brilliant (2 at Streatley, Lydia at Horsham) and Lydia is outstanding. We would highly recommend her to anyone - clever, skilled, committed, professional, compassionate - a rare combination!

Had a session with Dr lydia for my back pain and how much I struggle to even carry my clubs on the course recently. I can not recommend enough, exceptionally happy with the end result and service that I received. I’ll definitely be telling all my friends and Colleagues about bodyset! Not only was she attentive, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She broke down the reason for pain then followed by giving me a series of exercises with an in depth analysis and personable explanation as to the reason and benefits (that a layman like me understood). Most of all, she was also compassionate, treating me like a person and not just a number. A problem I find far to often with clinicians. If I was to critique the clinic at all, I would be amiss not mentioning that the receptionist didn’t greet or acknowledge me when entering the building. Only after I went to check in and she eventually finished whatever ever task took her attention on the computer was I spoken too. This experience did slightly perturbed me and started off the session on a sour note but was definitely brought back by Lydia for the previously mentioned reasons. Not only that the clinic looks to be new, welcoming, clean and have up to date facilities 9.5/10 Keep up the great work.

I started seeing Lydia Fellows at Horsham for physiotherapy for my carpal tunnel and I couldn't be happier with the results. I am slowly building up strength which in turn is bringing my pain levels down. Lydia personalises each session to what you need and genuinely listens to you. There's no rushing through appointments and it's not bother if you bring up new pains or problems. She's very empathetic in her approach and wants to see you recover. I recommend Bodyset through and through!

Having previously gone to an horrendous Horsham based physiotherapy clinic, I was referred to Bodyset and went along with trepidation. My concerns were immediately put to rest with a professional and warm welcome by the staff at the Horsham branch. I can honestly say the staff there have the perfect balance of being professional yet personable, in particular Ms Lydia Fellows. I have been fortunate enough to have been assigned Lydia Fellows. What an absolute asset this lady is to the company. On my first visit I expressed my concerns and thought I would have to live with the pain and discomfort I had constantly following a fall. However, Lydia reassured me that, in time, I would get as close to my pre fall stability as possible. Lydia was realistic and said the chronic instability would take time to correct, however I am delighted to say her expertise has meant I am already feeling improvement. I want to give particular recognition to Lydia Fellowes for her professionalism, knowledge, clear explanation and guidance as well as reassuring me that I wasn't wasting her time. The whole experience has been nothing but totally positive.
