Mr Enrico Mancuso

Mr Enrico Mancuso is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon specialising in the comprehensive management of arterial and venous conditions. He possesses extensive expertise in advanced endovascular, open, and hybrid surgical techniques, offering modern, minimally invasive care for patients with vascular disease. His clinical approach focuses on delivering patient-centred, reassuring care, ensuring that every individual receives a thorough evaluation and a personalised treatment plan tailored to their specific medical needs.

Mr Mancuso treats a wide range of vascular conditions, with a key focus on venous disorders and state-of-the-art varicose vein procedures. His areas of expertise encompass endovenous laser ablation, radiofrequency ablation, ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy, microphlebectomy, and microsclerotherapy. Alongside his work in venous health, his clinical practice includes open and complex endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms, hybrid management of peripheral arterial disease, carotid artery surgery for stroke prevention, and the management of urgent vascular conditions.

Mr Mancuso completed his primary medical qualification in 2012, alongside a Doctorate in Medicine (MD) in Transplantation at the University of Turin. He subsequently underwent extensive specialist higher surgical training in Vascular Surgery across major regional arterial centres in the UK. He earned his Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) in Vascular Surgery and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education from Anglia Ruskin University. Mr Mancuso is an active member of the Royal College of Surgeons, the Vascular Society of Great Britain and Ireland, the European Society for Vascular Surgery, and the British Society of Endovascular Therapy.
