Ms Emma Cadwallader

Ms Emma Cadwallader is a physiotherapist at OSD Healthcare specialising in MSK, sports injuries, and spinal injuries. She is dedicated to her patients and focuses on getting to the root cause of the problem, before planning treatment to get you back to health. She takes a patient-centric approach and plans treatment and goals together with her patients, ensuring to understand any concerns and expectations you may have. Mr Cadwallar uses manual skills along with home exercise plans and lifestyle advice to improve movement and reduce pain. She particularly enjoys treating spine-related problems such as headaches, whiplash, TMJ issues, and disc prolapse.

Ms Cadwallader gained her BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of East London in 1997, before joining the NHS. She has worked in a variety of settings including private hospitals and The Police Rehabilitation Unit. She is continually learning and has completed training with the MACP and also CBT, and work station assessment training.

In her spare time, Ms Cadwallader enjoys spending time with her family playing or watching sport. She also enjoys playing ruby for the Chesham Stagettes.
