Hi, I'm Elena

I'm a registered dietitian with the HCPC and a full member of the British Dietetic Association, with over 9 years of experience helping people transform their health through nutrition across both NHS and private practice.

Originally from Romania, I moved to the UK over 10 years ago after completing my Bachelor's with Honours in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics and my Master's in Clinical and Community Nutrition. Coming here on my own shaped how I practice today, I treat every client as I would want my own family back home to be treated: with empathy, professionalism, and genuine care.

Since arriving in the UK, I've worked across community health, primary care, and private hospital settings, supporting thousands of individuals through 1:1 consultations, group education sessions, and voluntary sector projects. I've also had the privilege of presenting at international nutrition conferences, sharing evidence-based insights with fellow healthcare professionals.

My Approach

I believe in holistic, evidence-based care that puts you at the center. I don't believe in restrictive diets or quick fixes. Instead, we'll work together to understand your unique situation, cut through the confusion, and build small, sustainable changes that create confidence and lead to long-term results.
