Dr Eleanor Brown

Dr Eleanor Brown is a dedicated Consultant Paediatrician who specialises in Community Paediatrics. She is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centred care to children and young people, supporting them and their families through various developmental and physical health challenges. Her clinical practice focuses on addressing complex developmental needs, ensuring that every child receives the tailored support required to thrive.

With a broad range of expertise, Dr Brown has a particular interest in general community paediatrics, including the assessment and management of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism. She is also highly experienced in supporting looked-after children, managing neurodisability, and coordinating advance care planning for children with complex medical needs. Her reassuring and professional approach helps families navigate these sensitive areas of healthcare with confidence.

Dr Brown completed her undergraduate studies at the University of York, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2002. She went on to pursue her medical training at the University of East Anglia, where she obtained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2008. Following her medical degree, she completed her specialist training in the East of England and achieved her Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH) in 2013. She remains an active member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.
